Toronto's legendary Soul Stew will steam up The Logging Museum with molten soul, R&B, funk and jazz inspired by the classic sounds of Marvin Gaye, James Brown, Stevie Wonder and Sly and the Family Stone. A fixture in the hippest Toronto clubs, Soul Stew is simply the best soul band in the land -- bar none -- and its six "first-call" studio musicians have collectively and individually performed and recorded with The Boss Brass, Gorillaz, Bruce Cockburn, Paul Butterfield, The Parachute Club, Jane Bunnett, Holly Cole, Marc Jordan, Gino Vanelli, Tito Puente, Mary Margaret O'Hara, Aretha Franklin and Nelly Furtado.
